IN THE BEGINNING:

Little did we know in the beginning that a small herd raised on our family farm would lead to a growing demand for our custom brand known as Willow Lake Farm Beef.

OUR VISION AT WILLOW LAKE FARM:

WE BELIEVE that Mother Nature can raise healthy, vigorous, and content livestock from a calf to an adult – needing only its mother’s milk, hay, and the freedom to roam and eat natural grasses.

From the time the calf is born to the time it is harvested as an adult the process is slow.  It takes nearly 2-years to bring our beef from Farm-to-Table.  During that time, they are raised exclusively on what Mother Nature offers best; natural free range feed.

The Willow Lake Farm formula rigidly excludes the use of any method that artificially increases production.  Artificial hormones, steroids, and antibiotics are never used.

We are committed to the principle that they are treated humanely and remain stress-free.  We care about them – and we care about our customers.  We are committed to bringing the best product available to the market.

OUR VISION FOR CUSTOM QUALITY MEATS:

WE BELIEVE that by having total control over the Farm-to-Table process (breeding, nurturing, feed, cutting, packaging and sales) we can produce the very best All-Natural Beef for our customers.

A critical key to the success of our process is that … we own the processing plant.  As a result, quality control is maintained throughout the entire process.  It’s our beef.

The service side of our enterprise involves both Quality Control AND Quality Customer Service.  We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.  A satisfied customer is our best spokesman.
